Congratulations to Dr. Fu!
A big congratulations to Dr. Yuchen Fu!
Yuchen was one of the first students to join the group when we were previously based at Imperial College London. He helped the group establish ourselves in Oxford in 2022, and we very proud that he has now completed his DPhil. His work on chalcogenide thin film solar absorbers led to important fundamental work on understanding design principles for creating materials with band-like transport, as well as contributing to efforts on developing Sb2S3 indoor photovoltaics. Yuchen is now a Higher Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory in the UK.
