New gloveboxes set up!

We are delighted to see our two new four-glove gloveboxes from MBraun set up. These have a built-in spin coater and thermal evaporator (two metals sources, two organic sources), respectively. With these evaporators, we will be able to fabricate and test devices within one lab, supporting our efforts at indoor photovoltaic, light-emitting diode and radiation detector development. These facilities were purchased from our UKRI grant (awarded via the 2021 ERC Starting Grant scheme), John Fell Fund, St. John's College Welcome Grant, and Department of Chemistry at Oxford.
