Prof. Hoye gives five talks in East Asia

Prof. Hoye visited colleagues in Taiwan and Singapore, and gave an invited talk at the ICMAT conference. In Taiwan, he visited Prof. Chu-Chen Chueh at National Taiwan University and gave a talk on ternary chalcogenides. In Singapore, he visited Prof. Zhi-Kuang Tan (NUS), Prof. Lydia Wong (Nanyang Technological University) and Dr. Le Yang and Dr. Ady Suwardi (Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, A*Star), and gave talks on bismuth-based semiconductors, as well as polarised light emission from perovskite nanoplatelets. He also visited the labs of Prof. Yi Hou at NUS/SERIS, NTU Materials characterisation labs, and the labs of Prof. Tze-Chien Sum. What a great time!
