Welcome Zahra!

We warmly welcome Alzahra (Zahra) Al-Ensaif today. Zahra is an undergraduate from Saudi Arabia, and is visiting us as part of the KAUST Academy Summer Research Programme for Renewable Energy. She is working together with Dr. Joydip Ghosh and Georgia Fields to develop BiOI thick films for X-ray detectors for applications in medical imaging. This is part of our NSF-EPSRC grant and RAEng/STFC programmes, and her work is embedded within this collaborative network.
