Bio: Jihyun completed her PhD (2019-2024) in Physics at Ewha Womans University, focusing on halide-perovskite interface engineering for high-efficiency, stable optoelectronic devices (Advisor: Prof. William Jo). From 2024 to 2025, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher in Prof. William Jo's lab, where she developed p-i-n-structured wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells. She has now started her postdoctoral position in the Hoye Group, co-supervised by Prof. Matthew Fuchter, working on 2D chiral perovskites and spin-selective optoelectronics. Her Oxford research is supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea's Postdoctoral Overseas Training Fellowship.
