Tyron is a fourth-year MChem student at Hertford College, and is completing his Part II project with the Hoye Group. His project is focussed on the surface chemistry of metal-halide perovskite nanoplatelets, with the aim of improving their stability and luminescent efficiency when diluted down to the single particle level. This is with the intention of developing these materials for single photon emitter applications. He is working with Ashish Gaurav.
